Computational support is provided by the Department of Defense High Performance Computing Modernization Program at the Naval Oceanographic Office (NAVOCEANO) Major Shared Resource Center.

This research is performed in collaboration with M. Bender, Y. Kurihara, and R. Tuleya Geophysical Fluid Dynamics Laboratory/NOAA.
